In terms of manufacturing processes and technology, we have involved in production by use of multilayer green veneer for high frequency hot pressing, marking out in the original plate in accordance with the model, removing the excess edge with the band saw, testing the toughness of bentwood with the air pressure machine, molding with vertical or automatic profiling machine, making products smooth gradually with 180# to 240# sandpaper, and painting with eco-friendly paint.
